Where are you located? Our business is located in Honolulu, Hawaii. We have no retail shop, but participate in craft shows locally and a few of the West Coast craft shows. You can contact us by email or telephone if you will be visiting Hawaii, and we can tell you where to find our stamps. How long does it take to ship orders? We are a small, home-based business so at the worst of times, orders may take 3 to 4 weeks. Usually we aim to ship the orders within two weeks. We usually ship U.S. Mail from Hawaii. It will take another 2-5 days by mail to reach you. What is your return policy? All sales are final.  If we sent you the wrong stamp or a defective stamp we will gladly replace the stamp. If you want to exchange a design for a different size or design, we can also accommodate you. You will responsible for all postage costs. Do you accept Charge Cards? Credit cards are processed for us by PayPal, but you don't have to be a PayPal member. We do not have a merchant account of our own, so we are unable to take credit card numbers over the phone. Do you sell your stamps at wholesale? We have a very limited amount of wholesale accounts. We sell only to storefronts.
